Ingredients

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Oven & Muffin Tin
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with liners or lightly grease it.
Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Step 3: Mix the Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
Step 4: Combine Wet & Dry Ingredients
Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined (avoid overmixing).
Step 5: Fill & Bake
